After 30 years of talking for a living, mostly about sales and motivation, all over the world, I’ve switched to online one-to-one coaching, and become the world’s best listener.

It feels like good work, I love the directness of a one-to-one, and it’s great to really help people, in a lasting way.

I always include a free, short ‘starter session’ when you book a coaching programme, to find out what you want to achieve, so I can create something unique for you, that fits, and works.

At the end of the programme there is a free, short ‘closer session’, to sum up how far you’ve come, and what you have achieved, and you’ll receive a personalised manual so you can revisit anything we have covered, and a guide to help you become your own coach.

There are three coaching programmes that have been most popular:

“Kick Starter”, a 3 month programme, with 6 x 2 hour sessions, perfect if you’re starting something new, and want motivation and momentum fast.

“Better”, a 3 month personal development programme, with 6 x 2 hour sessions, designed and delivered to help you be better where you want to be, build new skills and habits, and do better and achieve more.

“Sales Success”, a 3 month programme, with 6 x 2 hour sessions, for experienced salespeople who want to get back their love of selling, get new skills that work, and get back to smashing targets.

Every programme can be extended, up to a maximum of six months.

Every time we meet online, for a session, I’ll follow up with a ‘Session Summary’, outlining what we covered, a simple action plan that’ll make a difference, and a reading and watch list.

Three month programmes are typically £1500, six month programmes £2400.
